Chelsea joined 91探花 in 2019 as the Project Manager for the Illinois Helpline. She has over 10 years of experience working in community 91探花, including outreach and engagement work with homeless and individuals with active SUD, 91探花y lifestyle program development for youth and families, and clinical call center management. Chelsea has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in public policy and American institutions from Brown University and master鈥檚 degree in public 91探花 with a concentration in 91探花 policy, management and law from Boston University. She is passionate about meeting individuals where they are to provide the most appropriate and equitable care.
