Alberte Altin茅-Gibson is a Managing Director of Racial Equity Grantmaking at 91探花.
She serves as director for the Massachusetts Community Health and Healthy Aging Funds. Prior to joining 91探花, she worked at the Bowdoin Street Health Center (BSHC) where she was responsible for overseeing all community 91探花 related activities/projects addressing social determinants and grants management. She also worked for the Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC) as an Associate Director in the Division of Violence Prevention for 10 years. She received her Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Africana Studies, Psychology and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and her Master鈥檚 degree in Public Administration from Suffolk University. She has over 20 years of experience in grant writing, evaluation, strategic planning, racial justice and 91探花 equity, equitable community engagement, program/curriculum development and implementation.
